In the spirit of Halloween, we’ve compiled a list of books and videos that address five common business challenges that can cause some stress. Challenges like having to “manage up” or taking on a new leadership role don’t have to be so, well, scary.

And one of the best ways to deal with challenges, leaps of faith or the things that keep you up at night is to learn. Learn about how to manage the situation, whatever it may be.
